I was looking at somebody's blogspot a long time ago and I came across this nail design that they did. I saved the picture but forgot to save the site :(.. but that blog did have a lot of pretty nail art tutorials.
I recently ordered about 20 new nail polishes from e.l.f. because they were having their Cyber Monday sale and everything was 55% off! Their nail polishes are only $1 each.. so with the coupon code, each bottle was only 45 cents!!!!
Although I heard they e.l.f.'s nail polishes chip easily, I wanted to start fresh with a new set of nail polishes. For 45 cents I think it's worth a try.
